**Profile Requirements**:
The Reservation Executive (GSA) is responsible for managing and processing guest reservations to ensure efficient booking and optimal occupancy. This role involves handling reservation inquiries, confirming bookings, and coordinating with other departments to meet guest needs. The Reservation Executive plays a key role in delivering excellent customer service and maximizing revenue through effective reservation management.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- They provide detailed information about room availability, rates, and hotel services, and address any guest inquiries or issues.
- The role involves optimizing revenue through effective pricing strategies and monitoring booking trends.
- Coordination with front office and housekeeping ensures guest requests and special needs are fulfilled.
- Administrative tasks include maintaining accurate reservation records, preparing reports, and utilizing the property management system effectively.
- Exceptional customer service is provided by handling reservations and complaints promptly, ensuring a seamless booking experience for guests.

**Profile Requirements**:

- A Reservation Executive (GSA) should have a high school diploma or equivalent, with additional education in hospitality being advantageous.
- Prior experience of 1-2 yrs in reservations or customer service is preferred.
- Essential skills include strong communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with hotel management software is required.
- The role demands organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and a customer-focused attitude.
- A positive demeanor and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest service are crucial.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
