Fireman

**Responsibilities**:

- Fire Prevention and Inspection:Conduct routine inspections of the têxtiles facility to identify potential fire hazards, such as flammable materials, electrical issues, and equipment malfunctions.

Ensure that fire prevention measures, such as fire extinguishers, fire alarms, and sprinkler systems, are in proper working condition and regularly maintained.
Educate employees about fire safety practices and procedures, including the proper use of firefighting equipment and emergency evacuation routes.
- Emergency Response:Be prepared to respond immediately to fire emergencies and other incidents, following established protocols and standard operating procedures.

Effectively operate firefighting equipment, including fire hoses, extinguishers, and breathing apparatuses, to control and extinguish fires.
- Firefighting Training:Assist in organizing and conducting regular fire drills and training sessions for employees to ensure they are familiar with emergency procedures and evacuation protocols.

Provide training on the proper handling of firefighting equipment and techniques to enhance the firefighting capabilities of the emergency response team.
- Maintenance of Firefighting Equipment:Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of firefighting equipment to ensure that they are operational and ready for use during emergencies.

Report any faulty or damaged equipment to the appropriate authorities and ensure timely repairs or replacements.
- Record Keeping:Maintain accurate records of fire incidents, responses, and training activities.

Prepare incident reports, documenting the details of each fire event and the actions taken to mitigate the situation.

**Requirements**:

- Experience: 2-8 years of hands-on experience as a Fireman, preferably in an industrial setting such as têxtiles, manufacturing, or a related field.
- Fire Safety Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of fire prevention techniques, firefighting equipment, and emergency response procedures.
- Certifications: Possession of relevant firefighting certifications, such as Fireman's Certificate, First Aid, and CPR training, will be advantageous.
- Physical Fitness: Excellent physical fitness and the ability to work under physically demanding conditions during emergency situations.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively coordinate with team members and convey fire safety instructions to employees.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Quick thinking and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure during firefighting operations.
- Team Player: Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as part of an emergency response team.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
