We are looking to hire a **Customer Service Associate **with panache and flair to woo the customers
- Resolving queries over telecon: CSAs help customers with their concerns and complaints.
- Providing information: CSAs provide product information and recommend services based on customer needs.
- Maintaining relationships: CSAs work to maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Anticipating questions: CSAs stay up to date on products and services to anticipate customer questions.
- Documenting interactions: CSAs document customer calls, inquiries, and actions.
- Escalating issues: CSAs escalate customer issues to the appropriate department when needed.
- Tracking accounts: CSAs keep track of customer service accounts and relevant data.
- Recommending improvements: CSAs identify opportunities to improve processes and products based on customer needs.
- **CSA Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, or related field. DU degree is preferred.
- Flair of having conversations with people, query resolution skills and the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively
- The ability to consistently meet tight deadlines
- At least one year of experience with a B2B/B2C company

Work Remotely
- Hybrid (Both office and WFH)

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
