We are seeking a **Creative Graphic Designer** with a passion for **out-of-the-box thinking** to join our team. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating innovative, visually striking designs for **social media** and **print materials** that effectively communicate our brand and engage our audience. You should have a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of design principles to produce high-quality creative assets.

You will collaborate closely with the marketing and content teams to develop designs that align with our campaigns and business goals while pushing the boundaries of creativity.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design creative and engaging **social media graphics**, including but not limited to posts, banners, ads, and stories, that align with brand guidelines.
- Create **print design materials** such as brochures, flyers, posters, banners, packaging, and promotional items.
- Think outside the box to develop visually innovative and creative concepts that make a lasting impact.
- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to ensure designs support overall campaign strategies and goals.
- Produce original, high-quality visual content for various platforms, including social media, websites, and print.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends and technologies to ensure fresh, modern designs.
- Adapt design style and visual tone to meet the requirements of different campaigns and audiences.
- Maintain consistency in visual branding across all design elements, while pushing creative boundaries.
- Prepare designs for print production, ensuring high-quality output and attention to detail.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- **2+ years of experience** as a Graphic Designer or in a similar creative role.
- Proficiency in design tools such as **Adobe Creative Suite** (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), **Canva**, or similar.
- Proven experience in creating **social media graphics** and **print designs**.
- Strong understanding of **typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy**.
- Ability to think creatively and develop **out-of-the-box ideas** for branding, marketing, and campaigns.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to take feedback constructively.
- Knowledge of preparing artwork for both **digital** and **print** media.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for producing high-quality design work.
- Experience with motion graphics or animation tools like **Adobe After Effects** is a plus.

**Nice to Have**:

- Experience working in a **digital marketing environment**.
- Familiarity with **UI/UX design** and web graphics.
- Basic knowledge of **video editing** or motion graphics.
- Knowledge of **branding and visual identity design**.
- Experience in photography and image editing.
