**Job Position Offered: Hostel Warden**

Sanjay Rungta Group of Institutions is seeking a motivated and responsible individual to join our team as a Hostel Warden. As a Hostel Warden, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety, well-being, and discipline of the students residing in our hostel facilities.

**Experience Required: 2+ Years**

**Salary Range**:15,000 to 18,000 per month**

**Employment Type**:This is a full-time live-in position. Accommodation and food will be provided by the company.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hostel, including managing student activities, enforcing rules and regulations, and maintaining a secure and comfortable living environment.
- Maintain discipline and ensure that students adhere to the hostel guidelines and code of conduct.
- Monitor the hostel premises and promptly address any security concerns or emergencies.
- Manage student check-ins and check-outs, maintain accurate records, and handle hostel-related administrative tasks.
- Foster a supportive and inclusive environment for students, promoting a sense of community and encouraging positive interactions.
- Act as a mentor and provide guidance to students, addressing their concerns and assisting them with any hostel-related issues.
- Coordinate with the hostel management team and other staff members to ensure smooth functioning and effective communication.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 year of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with students, parents, and staff members.
- Strong leadership qualities and the ability to handle conflicts or challenging situations with tact and professionalism.
- Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A responsible and trustworthy individual who can serve as a role model for students.
- Flexibility to work in a live-in position, residing in the hostel premises provided by the company.
- A commitment to the safety and welfare of the students.
- Prior experience working in an educational institution or hostel setting will be an advantage.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
