**Job Summary**
We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Hospital Executive to join our team in promoting our company's products within Indian Geography. As a Hospital Executive, you will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence by collaborating with pain-border institutions and specialized treatment centres. Your primary responsibility will be to increase the share of hospital purchases within the overall business of the company in the assigned region.

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- You will be responsible for expanding and enhancing the existing database of hospital clients. This involves prospecting and identifying potential clients in hospitals, distributors, and pharmacy chains within a specific area. Your goal is to establish and develop business relationships with medical institutions and commercial customers to foster business cooperation.
- Your role includes monitoring and collecting information about hospital tenders on electronic trading platforms.
- You will ensure timely and accurate submission of all required documents and statements to support the company's participation in these tenders. This involves executing promotional plans for drugs and other related products as directed by company leadership.
- You will execute marketing strategies and guidelines outlined by the company. This includes prioritizing product promotion, communicating product benefits and characteristics to customers, distributing promotional funds, and managing gifts and presents to doctors.
- Additionally, you will follow up with sponsored doctors, ensuring their attendance at conferences, training and gather customer feedback to inform future marketing efforts.
- Your responsibilities will involve evaluating competitor product performance and marketing strategies and analyzing prescription trends.
- You will prepare product matrices based on doctor preferences and potential, and maintain updated data on distributors, chemists, and doctors.
- Additionally, you will synchronize daily reports on doctor visits and plans, providing feedback for corrective actions to optimize territory performance.

**Qualifications**
**Educational qualification**: Higher education in Medicine or Pharmaceuticals.

**Minimum work experience**: 0-5 years of experience as Medical Representative in a Pharma organisation

**Skills & attributes**:
**Technical Skills**
- Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, including hospital procurement processes and decision-making dynamics.
- Proven experience in pharmaceutical or medical device sales, preferably within the hospital or institutional setting.
- Knowledge of the structure of hospital sales skills to work with pharmacy chains, distributors.
- Advanced computer knowledge (Word, Excel, Power Point).

**Behavioural skills**
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with healthcare professionals.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends
