The medical representative serves as a vital link between pharmaceutical companies and healthcare professionals. They are responsible for promoting and selling pharmaceutical products to healthcare providers, such as doctors, pharmacists, and hospitals. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing product information and education, and achieving sales targets within assigned territories.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Sales and Promotion**: Promote pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals through effective communication and product presentations.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Develop and maintain positive relationships with healthcare providers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- **Product Knowledge**: Stay updated on product features, benefits, and competitive advantages to effectively communicate with clients and address inquiries.
- **Market Analysis**: Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for product promotion and sales growth within assigned territories.
- **Sales Target Achievement**: Meet or exceed sales targets by implementing strategic sales plans and tactics.
- **Training and Education**: Provide training and education to healthcare professionals on product usage, dosage, and administration.
- **Reporting**: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities, market trends, and competitor activities.
- **Compliance**: Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and ethical standards in all sales and promotional activities.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, life sciences, business, or a related field.
- Proven track record in pharmaceutical sales or relevant experience in the healthcare industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals.
- Excellent presentation and persuasion skills.
- Results-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within assigned territories.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹8,000.00 per month
