Co-founder & Partner

Role Description:
As a Co-founder of itechnebula Agency, you will play a crucial role in shaping the company's strategic direction, building its foundation, and driving its growth in the Tech industry. You will be responsible for leveraging your extensive experience in the field of technology to contribute to the development and execution of our vision. This is an equity-only position, reflecting your belief in the company's potential for success.

**Responsibilities**:
Strategic Planning: Collaborate with other co-founders to define the company's long-term goals, business strategies, and market positioning within the Tech sector.

Content Development: Utilize your expertise in education to guide the creation of high-quality, engaging, and effective educational content across various formats.

Product Development: Contribute to the design and development of innovative digital Business solutions, ensuring they align with the needs of the target audience.

Partnerships: Identify potential partnerships with educational institutions, content creators, and other stakeholders to enhance the reach and impact of itechnebula's offerings.

User Experience: Advocate for user-centered design principles to create intuitive and effective learning experiences for Local business.

Team Building: Assist in assembling a talented team of Marketers, content creators, and other professionals who share the company's vision.

Market Research: Stay updated with industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to inform the company's strategic decisions.

Networking: Represent Itechnebula at relevant industry events, conferences, and forums to build relationships and establish the company as a thought leader in Tech.

**Requirements**:
Experience: Significant experience (X+ years) in the field of technology or Mraketing, with a strong track record of successfully developing and delivering digital products and services.

Passion: A genuine passion for revolutionizing education and making a positive impact on learners' lives.

Entrepreneurial Spirit: A proven ability to work in a dynamic startup environment, including adaptability, creative problem-solving, and a willingness to take ownership.

Strategic Thinker: Strong strategic thinking skills, with the ability to envision the company's future and make informed decisions to achieve its goals.

Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey ideas clearly and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Network: A well-established network within the Tech industry, including connections with potential partners, educators, and other relevant stakeholders.

Location: Based in Muzaffarpur or willing to relocate to Muzaffarpur.

Commitment:
This is a full time commitment, requiring approximately 56 to 60 hours per week.

The commitment will be maintained until the company secures funding or achieves positive cash flow, at which point the role and equity compensation may be reevaluated.

**Salary**: ₹331,520.40 - ₹1,637,824.45 per year

- Morning shift
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Muzaffarpur, Bihar: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
