2. Training and mentoring new team members on service standards, product knowledge, and etiquette.
3. Overseeing daily operations to ensure a smooth flow of service, managing reservations, and coordinating with the kitchen team.
4. Assisting in menu development, promotions, and special events planning.
5. Maintaining a professional and welcoming atmosphere for both guests and team members.
6. Resolving customer complaints or concerns promptly and effectively.
7. Collaborating with the management team to optimize operations and achieve business goals.
8. Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
1. Proven experience as a Restaurant Captain, Head Waiter/Waitress, or similar supervisory role.
2. Outstanding leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
3. Strong knowledge of various cuisines, food and beverage pairing, and restaurant operations.
4. Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to handle guest feedback professionally and promptly.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Strong organizational and time management abilities.
7. A passion for food, hospitality, and creating memorable dining experiences.
**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
