Client Services Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain relationships with clients, providing them with regular updates on their digital projects and campaigns.
- Understand client needs and requirements, and work with the internal team to create customized solutions that meet those needs.
- Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Liaise with the creative, technical, and marketing teams to ensure that the client's objectives are met and that the work delivered meets quality standards.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports to clients on campaign metrics and KPIs.
- Provide insights and recommendations to clients on how to improve their digital presence and achieve their marketing goals.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for account growth, and develop new business relationships with potential clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop proposals and pitch presentations for new business opportunities.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a client servicing role in the digital industry, with a deep understanding of digital marketing and advertising.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues at all levels.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Morning shift
