**Profile Introduction**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Manage day-to-day operations of the cafe, including opening and closing duties.
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies and restocking inventory as needed.
- Ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of the cafe, including equipment, dining areas, and restrooms.
- Train and supervise cafe staff, ensuring adherence to quality standards and customer service protocols.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Maintain a welcoming and inviting atmosphere for customers, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
- Implement and enforce health and safety regulations, including food safety standards and sanitation practices.
- Monitor and maintain equipment functionality, arranging for repairs or replacements as necessary.
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement promotional activities and special events.
- Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and record-keeping.

- Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent customer service abilities with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and hygiene standards.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
