Job Description**:Professor/Associate Professor/Assistant Professor - HR, Research, Business Analytics, General Marketing**

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop course curriculum, lesson plans, and teaching materials that align with the program's objectives and industry standards.
- Mentor and guide students in their academic and career development, providing constructive feedback and support as needed.
- Conduct research in your area of expertise, publish scholarly articles in reputable journals, and actively participate in academic conferences and workshops.
- Stay updated with current industry trends, technological advancements, and research developments in your field, incorporating them into your teaching and research activities.
- Collaborate with other faculty members and academic departments to develop interdisciplinary courses and research projects.
- Participate in academic committees, faculty meetings, and institutional initiatives to contribute to the overall growth and development of the institution.
- Engage in community outreach and industry partnerships to foster collaborative opportunities and promote the institution's reputation.
- Provide academic advising and mentorship to students, assisting them in their academic and career goals.

**Requirements**:

- Ph.D. degree in a relevant field (HR, Research, Business Analytics, Marketing, etc.) from an accredited institution.
- Demonstrated expertise and experience in the specific area of specialization (HR, Research, Business Analytics, General Marketing).
- Strong passion for teaching and a commitment to delivering high-quality education to students.
- Proven research capabilities, including a track record of publications and presentations in reputable academic conferences or journals.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Ability to foster an inclusive and supportive learning environment that encourages active student engagement and participation.
- Proficiency in using technology and digital tools for teaching and research purposes.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, students, and industry professionals.
- A continuous learning mindset with the desire to stay updated with the latest advancements in the field and incorporate them into teaching and research.
- Previous teaching experience at the university level is preferred but not mandatory.

**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹99,000.00 per month
