Sales Executive

Client reception, visits, and advice: Meet and greet clients in the showroom, understand their needs, make presentations and advise them on products and solutions suiting their needs.
- Client Quotations and order booking: Prepare the quotations according to the clients’ needs and specifications, send them to the clients and negotiate and follow-up with them till closing the deal.
- Invoicing and Delivery: Conduct and handle payments from clients, (bank through, online, account deposit) follow up with the head office for availability and with the Supply Chain department to ensure delivery to the clients in line with the specifications and timeline established.
- Collate and relay customer feedback to the corporate teams like the merchandising, retail operations etc. to improve customer satisfaction and store ratings. Customer complaint resolution. Manage customer queries and complaints as per the company guidelines.
- Client Relationship Management: Build close and good relations with potential and existing clients, and do a proper follow up. Be the contact person for the client. Resolve efficiently potential problems with clients and coordinate internally for the appropriate solutions.
- Client database update: Provide the appropriate information to update client database.
- Payment terms, policies and procedures: Follow strictly the terms and conditions of sales in line with the company’s policy frame and procedures; make recommendations about procedural/policy changes and improvements.
- Monitor the dead stock and liaison with the store manager to minimise the same
- Count and maintain the account of stock daily by managing the record of the opening stock and closing stock in the section allocated Report the sold sock and ensure the stock replenishment
- Ensure proper and attractive display of the products at the appropriate counter
- Receive and engage with the customer to understand the customers requirement
- Introduce the various product offering to the customers and facilitate customer buying decision
- Follow and keep track of all leads and update sales figures daily and prepare an estimate for every sale
- Use the 5 step funneling system before make it as a cold lead
- Be aware about the competitors strategies and plan accordingly
- Make sure you have completed target outgoing calls daily
- Provide videos, photos and Insta ID of customers as per the availability
- Conduct workshop / demo once in a month
- Take the stock twice in a month (15th & 25threspectively) and ensure that accurate and timely stock information is being reported to Accounts executive
- Cross selling if applicable and responsible for keeping his counter neat and tidy
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
