Purchase Executive

Perform all the scope of works related to procurement and supply chain activities and ensure that activities are completed in accordance with the standards.
- Negotiating with vendors to get the best possible prices on materials or services
- Reviewing quotes from vendors to ensure that they meet all requirements and specifications of the job
- Management of inventory levels by monitoring stock levels and ordering additional supplies when needed
- Preparing purchase orders for all materials, equipment, and other items needed for the company’s production process
- Follow up the material from the Vendors and ensure that the material is reached to the respective unit.
- Preparing reports on inventory levels and purchase activity to help management make business decisions.
- Coordinate with the Finance and Accounts Department to process the payment.
- Creating the purchase orders using the tally software.
- Ensuring the invoices are processed on time.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
