To adhere to quality protocols as per NABH standards and maintain monthly reports
- To adhere to infection control protocols and review & recommend for the changes if required.
- Moniter and overseas the Servers, Networks, Telephone Servers, CCTV, etc.
- Participates in training programs.
- Co-ordinates with vendors when required
- Checks and rectifies problems related PA’s system, printers, computes, fax machines, projectors and photocopier machine.
- Is responsible for the maintenance of the server room systems (backup cassette)
- Maintain logbooks as required.
- Prepares reports and submits to the authority when required.
- Ensure an empathetic and proactive approach to the staff and customers (Patients/bystanders) are followed by self
- Manage all the computer hardware related issue
- Contact vendors for repairs of computer hardware.
- Maintain a log of issues for further reporting
- Manage the general software issues and keep track of licenses.- **Job Type**: Permanent
