Job Title: Telesales Executive (Work Visa/Tour Travel)

Location: Ashram Road, Ahmedabad,

Salary - 15000 - 22000.

**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:
1. Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to promote and sell work visa and tour travel packages.

2. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

3. Understand customer needs and requirements, and offer suitable solutions and packages.

4. Provide accurate information about visa processes, travel itineraries, and associated services.

5. Achieve sales targets and objectives within the given timeframe.

6. Keep detailed records of interactions with customers and transactions.

7. Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and competitor activities.

8. Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales targets and contribute to team success.

Educational Qualification:
Any bachelor degree can be considered

Experience required

1. Minimum 2 years of experience in telesales, preferably in the Work Visa/Tour Travel industry.

Skills:
1. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

2. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

4. Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.

5. Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes.

6. Flexible to work 6 days a week, with office hours from 10 am to 7 pm.
