Job Title : Quality Inspector (Under Lead HR Payroll)

**Quality Inspector job description**

**Roles and responsibilities**
- Oversee processes and procedures to ensure quality
- Inspection of Fully built aggregates (sheet metal components)
- Regularly analyse quality data and suggest actions based on collected data
- Manage Quality reports and other quality documentation
- Ensure quality and sustainability of production processes for smooth operation
- Ensuring customer specific requirements/drgs and develop a strategy for meeting their needs

**Quality Inspector requirements and qualifications**
- 5-7 years of experience for Diploma Holders and 2-5 years of experience for B.E
- Thorough knowledge of Quality tools, Quality assurance and standards
- Knowledge of MS Office and Power point
- Sense of ownership, Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Good time-management skills
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 & IATF 16949
- Past experience on sheet metal inspection
- Deep knowledge on Special process
- Welding, Pre-treatment and Painting
- Knowledge on 5S, Poka Yoke, 6 sigma and Lean manufacturing

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
