*Job Title:* International Telesales Executive

*Location:* HSR Layout, Bangalore

*Salary:* ₹23,000 - ₹25,000 per month

*Shift:* Night Shift

*Job Description:*

*Key Responsibilities:*
- Conduct outbound calls to international prospects to promote and sell our products/services.
- Engage with customers across different regions, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Maintain a strong knowledge of the products/services offered and effectively communicate their benefits.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas set by the company.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues with a professional and customer-centric approach.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and follow-up activities in the CRM system.

*Requirements:*
- Proven experience in telesales, preferably in an international setting.
- Fluency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work night shifts to align with international time zones.
- Strong sales acumen with a persuasive and resilient attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education or relevant certifications are a plus.
