**Position Title**:Human Resource Officer

**Function**:Human Resource

Internal:

- IR - All Own and Equity CP H R Managers, Factory Managers, Regional H R Managers, Internal Auditing Team
- L&D - All functions & levels across regions

External:
Government Agencies Packaging Institutes & Consultants, Advertising Agencies, Packaging Converters, Vendors, Annual Service Contractors

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Industrial Relations**:
1. Preparing for IR Committee Meeting

2. Collecting data from factories and regions for IR Dashboard, checking the accuracy and prepare monthly dashboard

3. Preparing IR Committee Meeting Deck

4. Attending IR Committee meeting, making MOM and circulating MOM to the stakeholders

5. Coordination with factories on IR related issues and data collection as and when it arises

6. Tracking compliance and follow up with the Factory Managers & HR Managers

7. Follow up, coordinate and organise Labour Law Audit compliances for all factories

8. Attend the Audit compliance review, making MOM and circulating MOM to the stakeholders

9. Trackiing wage structure and making proposals for revision of Wages

10. Interacting with Factory Managers & H R Managers to get updates on IR / HR issues

11. Collecting salary details from factories and calculating VRS as and when required, which is highly confidential

12. PPT preparation for various meetings

13. Labour law compliance audits
- Coordinating with factories and external agency
- finalise & organise the audits
- close follow-up on non-compliance points with factories
- processing payments for external agency for the audits undertaken
- administrative arrangements for the audit

15. Coordination and liaision with advocates as and when required

**Learning & Development**

1. Maintaining Training Track & MIS support

2. Vendor Management - end to end liaisioning with Vendors
- Creating agreement in liaision with the vendor and legal team
- Create vendor code (liaise with vendor and SSC team)
- Arranging travel, transport, accommodation for trainers
- Processing invoices in SAP, ensuring payment to the vendors as per agreement

3. Managing Internal Stakeholders
- Getting nominations for open programs
- Communicate to the participants
- Ensure attendance by follow-ups, reminders

4. End-to-end management of events
- Finalising venue
- Booking training rooms
- Coordination with Regional HR Managers & HR Team for organising the training programs
- Administrative arrangements required during the training programs
- Tracking attendance
- Tracking feedback and consolidating the same

5. Communication to participants, internal and external customers as and when required

6. Periodically Updating Training Calendar
