Experience:
- Total experience: -5 years of experience in Hospitality industry.
- Minimum experience: -2-3 years of experience in a customer service-oriented role or related.

Education: -High school diploma or equivalent required.

Eligibility: -Only Female Applicants Are Required.

Skillset:
- Good communication skills
- Proficiency with MS Office

**Profile Introduction**:
As a Reservation Guest Service Agent (GSA) at our esteemed hotel, you will be the primary point of contact for guests seeking to make reservations. Your role is crucial in ensuring seamless booking experiences and providing exceptional customer service to our guests, contributing significantly to their overall satisfaction and the success of our hotel.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist guests in making reservations, modifications, and cancellations according to hotel policies and procedures.
- Provide accurate information regarding room availability, rates, and hotel amenities.
- Utilize reservation software/systems to input and manage guest information, preferences, and special requests.
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to fulfill guest requests and ensure smooth guest experiences.
- Resolve guest concerns or issues related to reservations in a timely and professional manner.
- Uphold high standards of customer service, ensuring guests feel valued and appreciated throughout the reservation process.
- Maintain confidentiality of guest information and adhere to data protection regulations.

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a polite and professional demeanor.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests and colleagues.
- Proficiency in computer systems and reservation software.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling reservation data.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, as per the hotel's operational requirements.
- Languages: Hindi, Marathi, English.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
