- Maintain a comprehensive database of contacts and relevant information for future reference.

**Guest Selection**:

- Actively search for and identify potential guests who align with the channel's theme and target audience.
- Collaborate with the content team to ensure a diverse and interesting lineup of guests.

**Welcoming Guests**:

- Create a welcoming and comfortable experience for guests before, during, and after interviews.
- Provide necessary information, guidelines, and support to ensure a positive guest experience.

**Analytics and Reporting**:

- Track and analyze social media metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Provide regular reports and insights to improve social media performance.

**Trend Analysis**:

- Stay informed about industry trends, social media tools, and platform updates.
- Implement new strategies to capitalize on emerging trends.

**Collaboration**:

- Coordinate with marketing, content, and design teams to ensure cohesive and integrated campaigns.
- Collaborate with influencers and partners for cross-promotional opportunities.

**Positive Attitude**:

- Uphold a positive and enthusiastic attitude when interacting with team members, guests, and the public.
- Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for all participants in the channel.
- **Qualifications**:_
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude with the ability to work collaboratively.
- Familiarity with the YouTube platform and content creation process is a plus

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
