We are hiring for retired bankers for our corporate law firm.

**Note: Only retired or ex bankers are eligible to apply**

**Responsibilities**:

- **Financial Analysis**: Conduct thorough financial analysis of clients' businesses, assets, and transactions to support legal cases, including mergers and acquisitions, bankruptcy proceedings, and litigation.
- **Due Diligence**: Perform due diligence on financial documents, statements, and contracts to identify any irregularities, risks, or opportunities relevant to legal matters.
- **Expert Witness**: Serve as an expert witness, providing testimony and opinions on financial matters in court cases, arbitration proceedings, or regulatory hearings.
- **Client Consultation**: Offer financial advisory services to clients, including estate planning, wealth management, and tax optimization strategies, ensuring alignment with legal objectives and compliance requirements.
- **Risk Assessment**: Assess financial risks associated with legal transactions, contracts, and agreements, advising the legal team on mitigation strategies and compliance measures.
- **Regulatory Compliance**: Stay abreast of financial regulations and industry standards, ensuring that legal strategies and client recommendations comply with applicable laws and regulations.
- **Financial Modeling**: Develop financial models and forecasts to support legal strategies, settlements, and negotiations, providing insights into potential outcomes and scenarios.
- **Collaboration**: Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and other professionals within the firm to integrate financial analysis and advice into legal strategies and client solutions.
- **Client Education**: Educate clients on financial matters relevant to their legal concerns, empowering them to make informed decisions and understand the financial implications of legal actions.
- **Business Development**: Contribute to business development efforts by leveraging financial expertise to identify opportunities, develop client relationships, and expand the firm's service offerings.
