**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Teaching & Instruction**:

- Plan, prepare, and deliver age-appropriate lessons in line with the school curriculum.
- Use diverse teaching methods (visual aids, storytelling, activities) to cater to different learning styles.

- Maintain a safe, organized, and stimulating classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Encourage a positive classroom culture by promoting respect, responsibility, and collaboration among students.
- **Student Well-being & Support**:

- Provide individual attention to each student, identifying their learning needs and emotional well-being.
- Help students develop social skills, self-discipline, and a love for learning.
- Act as a primary point of contact for students' academic and personal growth.
- **Parent Communication**:

- Maintain regular communication with parents to discuss their child’s progress, behavior, and areas of improvement.
- Address parents’ concerns and provide guidance on how to support their child’s learning at home.
- **Assessment & Evaluation**:

- Conduct regular assessments to monitor the academic and personal progress of students.
- Provide timely feedback to students and parents on progress and set achievable goals for future development.
- **Extracurricular Involvement**:

- Encourage participation in extracurricular activities such as arts, sports, and cultural events.
- Support the organization of school events, festivals, and parent-teacher meetings.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with other teachers and staff members to ensure the smooth functioning of the primary section.
- Share resources and collaborate on best practices for holistic child development.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Education (B.Ed) or related field.
- Previous experience in teaching primary students, especially Grade I, is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage young children in interactive learning.
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to create a supportive and nurturing classroom environment.
