Customer Churn management - Invol Churn, TNPS?NPS, MNP Canc
Postpaid Experience - Reduction of Field Allocation, Digital Payment Penetration
Ensure Active Collections Targets are achieved.

**Must have technical / professional qualifications**
- Graduate /MBA
- 4-6 years on role experience
