Hands-on experience with overseeing elements of design, ensuring high quality of work and present ideas.
- Hands-on experience with design and image editing software.
- Learning how to organize, multitask and manage time.
- Learn on the job regarding the best practices and trends in design.
- Exposure to the design industry and its various responsibilities.
- Oversee the elements of design like graphics, layout, and fonts before the product is complete.
- Use image editing software to create, retouch and finalize a design for presenting.
- Ensure high quality while presenting both print and digital formats.
- Manage smooth functioning all processes up to printing.
- Suggest changes and improve design if required.
- Ensure deadlines are met and the project works in a time-bound manner.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Visual Communication, Electronic Media or any other design related field.
- Any other vocational training or qualification in design is.
- Prior experience as a production artist, graphic designer or related role.
- Excellent design portfolio of design projects.
- Strong knowledge of the print process, graphic designing software, and preflighting tools. (Photoshop, Indesign,AI,Illustrator,Coral Draw etc)
- Creativity and innovative thinking with attention to detail.
- Around 5 years experience in a mainline ad agency
- Proficient in illustrator, photoshop, coreldraw
- Experience in delivering artworks for Press Ad and Hoarding campaigns
- Photoediting ,Digital Editing skills a bonus

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

- Faridabad - 121003, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
