As an E-commerce Tele Sales Executive, your primary responsibility will be to drive the growth and development of the company's e-commerce business. You will play a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities, establishing partnerships, and implementing strategies to enhance the overall performance of the e-commerce platform.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Market Research and Analysis**:Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
Analyze data to make informed decisions and recommendations for business development strategies.

**Business Planning**:Develop and implement comprehensive business plans to drive e-commerce growth.
Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and set targets for business development initiatives.

**Partnership Development**:Identify potential partners, negotiate agreements, and establish mutually beneficial relationships.
Collaborate with external vendors, suppliers, and service providers to optimize operations and customer experience.

**Sales and Revenue Generation**:Work closely with the sales team to create and implement effective sales strategies.
Drive initiatives to increase online sales, conversion rates, and average order value.

**Customer Experience Enhancement**:Collaborate with the customer service team to enhance the overall online shopping experience.
Implement feedback mechanisms to address customer concerns and improve satisfaction.

**Digital Marketing Collaboration**:Coordinate with the marketing team to create and execute digital marketing campaigns.

**Data Analysis and Reporting**:Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze e-commerce performance.
Prepare regular reports on key metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

**Technology Integration**:Stay updated on e-commerce technologies and trends.
Evaluate and recommend technology solutions to enhance the e-commerce platform.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in e-commerce business development or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce trends, platforms, and technologies.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and tools.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with popular e-commerce platforms (e.g., amazon, Flipkart, jiomart etc).
- Understanding of online payment systems and security considerations.
- Project management skills for coordinating various aspects of business development initiatives.
