Position: Certified Management Accountant (CMA)

The CMA will play a crucial role in supporting the financial decision-making process of the company. They will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting financial data, preparing budgets, conducting financial forecasting, and providing valuable insights to aid in strategic planning. The CMA will work closely with other finance professionals and various departments within the organization to ensure accurate financial reporting and assist in achieving our business objectives.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Financial Analysis and Reporting:

- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Prepare regular financial reports, including variance analysis, to support management decision-making.
- Provide comprehensive financial insights to assist in formulating effective strategies.

2. Budgeting and Forecasting:

- Collaborate with department heads to develop and monitor annual budgets.
- Prepare accurate financial forecasts based on historical data and market trends.
- Identify budget deviations and recommend corrective actions as needed.

3. Cost Management:

- Analyze cost structures and cost drivers to optimize resource allocation.
- Monitor expenses and provide cost-saving recommendations without compromising quality and efficiency.

4. Financial Compliance:

- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements, tax filings, and external audit requirements.

5. Business Performance Evaluation:

- Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess business performance.
- Analyze KPIs and prepare performance reports for senior management.

6. Process Improvement:

- Continuously assess and enhance financial processes to streamline operations.
- Propose and implement improvements that enhance efficiency and accuracy.

7. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Collaborate with different departments to provide financial guidance and support.
- Work closely with the finance team on various projects and initiatives.

**Requirements**:

- Certified Management Accountant (CMA) designation is mandatory.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 6 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting.
- Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting practices, and regulatory compliance.
- Proficient in financial modeling and data analysis using spreadsheets and financial software.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills to convey financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and meet deadlines.

**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
