**1.** **Technical Expertise**:
Motion graphics and visual effects: An understanding of motion graphics principles and the ability to incorporate basic visual effects into your edits. Pursuing motion graphics as core skill- Masterful editing skills: Proficient in industry-standard editing software like Premiere Pro, After Effects and Photoshop is a must. Davinci Resolve (would be a plus).- Color grading and audio mixing: Possess advanced skills in color correction and audio editing to create polished and professional final products.- Technical troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues related to editing software, codecs, and file formats.**2. **Motion Graphics/Video Editing Capabilities**:
**Storytelling mastery**: Translate scripts and concepts into visually engaging and impactful stories.**Pacing and rhythm**: Craft videos with a strong sense of pacing and rhythm to keep viewers engaged.-
**Trend awareness**: Stay up-to-date on the latest video editing trends and techniques to ensure our content remains fresh and innovative.**3.** **Teamwork**:
