**Job Title: Full-Time Customer Support**
- Experience Level: 0-2 years
- Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka
**Responsibilities**:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls effectively.
- Provide information about products, services, and offers to customers.
- Understand customer needs and preferences.
- Solve customer queries and concerns over the phone.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor during interactions.
**Requirements**:
- Education: Higher Secondary (12th Pass) required.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in English and Hindi required.
- Ability to commute or relocate to Bengaluru, Karnataka.
- Available for day shift schedule: Monday to Saturday, 9 am to 6 pm.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in customer support or telemarketing is a plus.
**Pay and Benefits**:
- Monthly pay range: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00.
- Provident Fund benefits.
- Performance bonus opportunities.
