Job Title: Motion Graphic Designer/Editor

Location: Borivali Eksar, Mumbai.

**Job Type**: Full-Time

**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a skilled and imaginative Motion Graphic Designer/ Editor to join our creative team. As a Motion Editor, you will be responsible for bringing static visuals to life through animation, creating dynamic and engaging content across various platforms. You'll collaborate with designers, video producers, and other stakeholders to deliver visually stunning and impactful motion graphics.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Motion Graphic Design:

- Conceptualize and design motion graphics for a variety of projects, including videos, advertisements, presentations, and social media content.
- Transform static designs into captivating and visually appealing animated sequences.

2. Animation Production:

- Utilize industry-standard tools (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D) to produce high-quality motion graphics and animations.
- Collaborate with the video production team to seamlessly integrate motion elements into video projects.

3. Storytelling Through Animation:

- Develop a deep understanding of project goals and translate them into compelling visual narratives through animation.
- Ensure that the motion design enhances the overall storytelling and messaging of each project.

4. Collaboration:

- Work closely with graphic designers, video editors, and other team members to understand project requirements and deliver cohesive visual experiences.
- Incorporate feedback and iterate on motion designs based on team input.

5. Technical Proficiency:

- Stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in motion design and animation.
- Continuously enhance technical skills to leverage the latest tools and techniques.

6. Quality Assurance:

- Ensure the highest level of quality and consistency in motion design deliverables.
- Conduct reviews to identify and address any issues or improvements needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Motion Editor or Animator with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse animation projects.
- Proficiency in motion design software such as Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of design principles, timing, and storytelling through animation.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interpret and execute creative briefs.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Knowledge of 3D animation and modeling.
- Experience with character animation.
- Familiarity with sound design and its integration into motion projects.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines without compromising quality.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
