**Intro and job overview**:
**Responsibilities and Duties**:
- Develop storyboards, audio scripts, and graphics concepts to produce Interactive Multimedia Instructions (IMI) using video production and editing tools.
- Use various multimedia technologies, such as blended learning and gamification, to design customized and engaging learning environments for different user personas.
- Create training curricula and assessments using eLearning authoring tools like Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, EasyGenerator, and Elucidat that align with defined learning objectives.
- Stay current with industry standards and the latest trends in adult learning principles and practices.
- Perform other duties as required to support the development and delivery of effective learning experiences.
**Minimum Requirements**:
- BA/BS degree in instructional design/ technical communications or a related field or equivalent work experience.
- At least 2 years of experience creating learning content for complex products using multimedia like graphics, text, interactive guides, and videos.
- Strong technical understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with the ability to inspect UI elements and identify CSS properties. Experience with browser developer tools such as Chrome DevTools.
- Experience conducting training needs analysis to identify the core problem to be solved to achieve desired business results.
- Experience working in an Agile software development environment.
- Excellent interpersonal communications skills.
- Ability to work well as part of a global distributed team.
**Preferred Requirements**:
- Experience in the software/ tech industry.
- Experience developing how-to videos using Camtasia, Videate, or similar video production and editing tools.
- Industry certifications in instructional design, curriculum development, performance improvement, project management, and content-specific certifications as appropriate.
- Degree in a related discipline, such as instructional design or human performance technology.
