Purchase (Pharma Field)

**Experience Required**: 12-20 Years**:
**Location: Verna, Goa**:

- Understand and evaluate the requirement from all departments of Pharma R&D.
- Finding out quality and cost effective vendors.
- Comparative evaluation of different vendors for any procurement.
- Generating Item code of the items which is to be procured in co-ordination with user dept.
- Generating PO and follow up for timely delivery.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- To develop alternative suppliers.
- Maintain Data in Excel Sheets and Tally ERP 9.0 or any other ERP software.
- Knowledge of Pharmaceutical Raw materials, API, Packing materials, etc & its classification.
- Managing and controlling of procurement of raw material, Packing materials & all other items as per company requirements.
- Scheduling and Planning of raw material as per priority target.
- Negotiation with supplier to reach at win-win situation.
- Direct dealing with the manufacturer is required instead of traders to get better quality & rate.
- Participate in quarterly purchase and yearly Budget Meeting.
- Ensuring delivering of ordered material in time.
- Inventory control Management of whole Pharma R&D.
- Identifying manpower in store & Proper utilising of it.
- Assist to the Operations dept for timely procurement.
- Supplier identification, evaluation, development, etc.
- Handling Chemical and solvent store and documentation.
- Decide resources requirements for the department based on estimated cost benefit analysis.
- Providing reports like, weekly reports, PR pending reports, etc.
- Alternate sourcing on the above purchase activities.
- Co-ordinate all Annual maintenance activities.
- Vendor development, negotiations, vendor maintenance of IMS documentation.
