- Operations & Strategy**

**Below are the roles & responsibilities but not limited to**:

- Identifying opportunities for operations improvement.
- Preparation of project work plans.
- Monthly budget forecasting and projections.
- Monitor and manage daily operational activities to ensure efficiency with company standards.
- Assist in the development and implementation of operational procedures and workflows.
- Responsible for working with customers, prospects, and team members to diagnose client connectivity and performance issues.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Analyse strategic processes and workflows to identify improvement opportunities.
- Conduct market analysis to guide development and implementation of strategic decisions.
- Interpret complex data sets to provide actionable insights for decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Monitor implemented solutions and recommend enhancements.
- Regular interaction with clients to share updates, take updates/ requirements
- Upsell / upgrading subscription based on client requirements

**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 5 months

**Salary**: Up to ₹10,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Bengaluru, Karnataka (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Bengaluru, Karnataka: Relocate before starting work (required)

Work Location: In person
