**Jobs & Responsibilites**:

- Excellent communication skills with passion for work and ability to develop & maintain effective working relationships.
- Taking doubt classes for students at the center
- Mentoring students to help them achieve top ranks in JEE &NEET exams.
- Developing questions for the purpose of Assignments, Practice Questions, Test Papers and Daily Practice Worksheets etc.
- Conducting extra classes as when required to help weak students or to give more grilling to good students.
- Complete the entire syllabus of the designated batches well in time with full satisfaction of students, parents and the management
- Maintain a cohesive, non-political and transparent atmosphere in the staff room/office

**Desired Profile**
- Must be B.Sc. / M.Sc in Biology from Good Universities / Colleges, looking for opportunities in the highly attractive & competitive coaching industry.
- Excellent communication skills with passion for work and ability to develop & maintain effective working relationships.

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Cooch Behar, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Master's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Teaching: 4 years (required)
