Job Title: Field Sales Representative

Location: North Bangalore & Easte Bangalore

Key Responsibilities:
1. Engage with potential clients to introduce and promote our real estate properties.

2. Develop and nurture strong client relationships by understanding their needs, preferences, and financial capabilities.

3. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets, both individually and collectively.

4. Stay updated on market trends, competitive activities, and customer preferences to provide clients with accurate and valuable insights.

5. Conduct property viewings and accompany clients during site visits, offering expert advice and guidance throughout the process.

6. Follow up with clients at various stages of the sales process to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

7. Coordinate with internal departments, such as marketing and finance, to streamline sales operations and maximize efficiency.

8. Maintain thorough records of sales activities, client interactions, and property inventory using CRM software or other designated tools.

9. Adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards in all sales-related activities.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in field sales, preferably in the real estate industry or a related field.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
