Qualification:

- **Any Graduate with Minimum of 2 to 5 year of work experience in any FMCG Food products company.**

**Scope of the Role**
- **Sales Planning and Strategy**: Develop sales strategies and plans to achieve or exceed sales targets. This involves analyzing market trends, identifying opportunities for growth, and formulating tactics to capitalize on them.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. This includes regular communication, addressing customer queries and concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- **Market Research and Analysis**: Conduct market research to understand consumer preferences, competitor activities, and industry trends. Use this information to adapt sales strategies and identify new business opportunities.
- **Product Promotion and Branding**: Implement marketing and promotional activities to increase product visibility and brand awareness. This may involve organizing promotional events, coordinating advertising campaigns, and executing in-store promotions.
- **Sales Forecasting and Reporting**: Forecast sales volumes and revenue for designated products or territories. Monitor sales performance against targets and prepare regular reports for management, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
- **Distribution Management**: Coordinate with distributors and retailers to ensure timely delivery of products and optimal product placement. Monitor inventory levels and manage stock rotation to minimize wastage and maximize sales.
- **Training and Development**: Provide training and support to sales teams, distributors, and retailers to enhance product knowledge and selling skills. This may involve conducting training sessions, workshops, and product demonstrations.
- **Budget Management**: Manage sales budgets effectively, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently to achieve sales objectives. Monitor expenses and implement cost-saving measures where possible.
- **Compliance and Quality Assurance**: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and quality standards in all sales activities. This includes adhering to pricing policies, product regulations, and ethical business practices.
- **Performance Evaluation**: Evaluate the performance of sales teams, distributors, and retailers against predefined KPIs. Provide feedback and implement corrective actions as necessary to improve performance and drive results.

**Salary**: ₹18,200.00 - ₹20,715.00 per month
