Ticketing & Operations Executive

Should have the good knowledge of Issuing Tickets.
- Tour Packages, Hotel, IATA & Airlines etc.
- Should have hands on experience in Ticketing software such as Amadeus, Galileo, LCC Online account.
- Communicating with customers to answer questions about tickets, Pricing, or flight schedule.
- Handle Independently Domestic & International Air Tickets.
- Attend query on Phone, in person and in Mails.
- issuance, cancellation, refunds, and customer support via chat or call and resolve all client issues with exceptional customer service skills.
- Answer customer inquiries in a prompt, professional, and courteous manner. Should have knowledge of making reservations, fare calculation.
- Providing information on available flights and pricing.
- Assist passengers in booking tickets online
- Assist users on ticket cancellation and refund money process.
- Bills follow up and Invoice verification.
- Payment & refund collection from customer.
- Handle corporate/ individual’s clients with their travel requirements like reservation/ticketing/fares /hotels Knowledge Of corporate travel economics and travel technology/tools will be an added advantage.
- PNR Creation, Issuance, Reissuance, Changes/Cancellation, Rescheduling.
- Good oral & written communication skills.
- Knowledge of MS Excel & MS Word is a must.
- Preferable experience in Travel and Ticketing industry.
- Good analytical skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Strong decision-making & problem-solving ability.
