As a Junior Advocate, you will play a vital role in providing legal support and assistance to the legal team, contributing to the effective management of legal affairs, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in construction law and legal practice within a dynamic and collaborative environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct legal research and analysis on various issues related to construction law, contracts, property rights, regulatory compliance, and other relevant areas.
- Assist in preparing legal opinions, memoranda, case summaries, and other written materials to support legal decision-making and strategy development.
- **Review and analyze legal documents, contracts, agreements, and correspondence to identify key terms, obligations, and potential risks.**
- Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents, including contracts, agreements, notices, pleadings, and legal correspondence, under the supervision of senior advocates.

- Provide support to the legal team in litigation matters, including drafting pleadings, affidavits, and legal submissions, and assisting in case management activities.
- Assist in preparing for court hearings, arbitration proceedings, mediation sessions, and other dispute resolution forums, including gathering evidence and coordinating with external counsel.

- Support the legal team in contract management activities, including contract review, tracking key deadlines, and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
- Assist in maintaining centralized repositories of legal documents, contracts, and records, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and accessibility for reference and audit purposes.

- Assist in administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, organizing files, and managing correspondence, both internal and external.
- Coordinate with internal departments, external legal counsel, government agencies, and regulatory bodies as directed by senior advocates or legal counsel.**Key Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B. or equivalent) from a recognized university. Enrollment in the Bar Council of India or eligibility to practice law is required.
- Strong academic background with a keen interest in construction law, real estate, commercial transactions, or related legal fields.
- Prior internship or work experience in a law firm, corporate legal department, or legal services organization is advantageous.
- Proficiency in legal research methodologies, drafting techniques, and case analysis tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex legal concepts clearly and concisely.
- Detail-oriented approach with strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment, collaborating with colleagues and stakeholders to achieve common goals.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
