**IMMEDIATE JOINER REQUIRED - VERY URGENT**

**Job Description: Office Representative / Showroom Representative**

This role involves engaging with customers, assisting them in finding the right products, handling inquiries, and maintaining the overall presentation and cleanliness of the showroom or office space.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Interaction:

- Greet customers warmly as they enter the showroom or office.
- Assist customers in locating products and provide information about features, and availability.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing personalized assistance and resolving any concerns or issues.

2. Sales Support:

- Actively promote and upsell products to customers based on their needs and preferences.
- Collaborate with the sales team to the overall success of the showroom or office.

3. Product Knowledge:

- Stay updated on new product launches, promotions, and pricing changes.
- Educate customers on product usage, maintenance, and care instructions.

4. Showroom Maintenance:

- Ensure the showroom or office space is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
- Arrange product displays and signage to showcase merchandise effectively.
- Monitor and replenish product samples, brochures, and promotional materials as needed.

Qualifications:
**- Diploma in hotel management or Airline preferred.**

**- Proven experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related field.**

**- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. (Hindi, English and Tamil)**
- Strong sales aptitude with the ability to persuade and influence customers.
- Positive attitude, team player, and willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.

**. Travel with sales team as needed for customer demo purposes**

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
