**Position Overview**: We are seeking a skilled Electrical Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment. You will work on a variety of electrical components, ensuring they operate safely and efficiently. If you have a strong understanding of electrical systems and enjoy troubleshooting and hands-on work, this position is for you.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Installation**:

- Install and configure electrical systems, wiring, and components for new constructions, renovations, or repairs.
- Ensure all electrical installations meet local building codes and safety standards.
- **Maintenance & Repairs**:

- Perform regular maintenance on electrical systems, equipment, and machinery to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and repair faults in electrical wiring, circuits, and systems.
- Inspect and replace damaged components like fuses, switches, and circuit breakers.
- **Testing & Diagnostics**:

- Use diagnostic tools to test electrical systems, equipment, and components for proper functioning.
- Identify issues such as power failures, system malfunctions, and other electrical faults, and take corrective action.
- **Safety & Compliance**:

- Follow all safety protocols and ensure that electrical work complies with local and national electrical codes.
- Adhere to strict safety standards to minimize risks associated with electrical work.
- **Documentation & Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including system inspections, repairs, and upgrades.
- Report any issues or concerns to the supervisor and provide suggestions for improving system efficiency and safety.
- **Customer Support**:

- Provide on-site technical assistance for troubleshooting and repairing electrical problems.
- Explain electrical system issues and repair processes to clients or team members as needed.

**Qualifications & Experience**:
**Education**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Technical certification or diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field preferred.

**Experience**:

- Proven experience (1+ years) as an electrical technician, electrician, or in a similar role.
- Familiarity with electrical wiring, circuit diagrams, and schematics.
- Hands-on experience with electrical troubleshooting and maintenance.

**Must & Should Have Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, circuits, and components.
- Ability to use electrical testing and diagnostic tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills to interact with team members, supervisors, and clients.

**Certifications**:

- Electrical Technician or Electrician Certification is a plus.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards is a plus.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to work in various environments, including industrial, commercial, and residential settings.
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in confined or elevated spaces.
- Willingness to work in challenging conditions, such as during off-hours or on weekends, when required.
