**Responsibilities**:

- Assisting in development, implementation & communication of valuations and INDAS compliance.
- Assisting in drafting of legal doc's related to valuations and INDAS compliance.
- Preparing reports & presentations related to valuations and INDAS compliance.
- Providing support for other valuation & compliance-related tasks.
- To carry out research on certain topics & update on recent amendments in applicable laws.
- Understanding & maintaining the requirements related to valuation, compliances & other laws.
- Basic knowledge of Balance Sheets & Income Statements.
- To assist seniors regarding various meetings and finance aspects.
- Dealing with correspondence, collating information, and writing reports.
- Preparation and Maintenance of Financial Records of Companies.
