**Job Summary**:
As an Inventory Executive at Encore Modular Furniture Pvt Ltd, your role is instrumental in ensuring efficient inventory management, accurate tracking of stock levels, and seamless coordination with various departments. Reporting directly to the Director, you will play a critical role in optimizing inventory processes to meet production needs and maintain inventory accuracy.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Inventory Control: Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels to ensure uninterrupted production while minimizing excess stock.

2. Stock Replenishment: Forecast inventory needs and coordinate with procurement to replenish stock as necessary.

3. Inventory Tracking: Implement inventory tracking systems and conduct regular audits to maintain accurate inventory records.

4. Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing stock for quality and accuracy, addressing discrepancies as needed.

5. Inventory Reports: Generate and analyse inventory reports, highlighting trends, stock levels, and potential issues.

6. Supplier Coordination: Collaborate with suppliers to manage inventory replenishment, delivery schedules, and quality control.

7. Inventory Organization: Maintain organized and efficient storage of inventory, ensuring ease of access and accurate picking.

8. Obsolete Stock Management: Identify obsolete or slow-moving inventory and develop strategies for liquidation or disposal.

9. Cross-functional Communication: Liaise with production, purchasing, and sales teams to ensure inventory aligns with production and sales requirements.

10. Inventory Documentation: Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions, adjustments, and stock movements.

11. Process Optimization: Continuously identify opportunities to streamline inventory processes and reduce costs.

12. Inventory Security: Implement security measures to safeguard valuable inventory items.

13. Compliance: Ensure compliance with inventory policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

**Qualifications**:
1. Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

2. Experience: Proven experience in inventory management or related roles.

3. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to optimize inventory processes.

4. Detail-Oriented: Meticulous attention to detail to maintain accurate inventory records.

5. Communication: Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and suppliers.

6. Inventory Software: Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Excel.

7. Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills for efficient inventory storage and retrieval.

8. Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing inventory needs and business requirements.

9. Time Management: Effective time management skills to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.

10. Team Player: Collaborative attitude and willingness to work within a team environment.
