Main Purpose of the Role:

- Dealing with legal documentation for sale and purchase of the property in the UK.
- Administrative support to onshore legal team. Your main role is to support and assist the onshore Legal team with all aspects of their Conveyancing.

Key Responsibilities:

- Initiating and reviewing searches
- Dealing with pre-contract enquiries
- Drafting of documents, letters and reports
- Putting together a PDF binder report
- Preparing and updating completion statements
- Processing exchange of contracts and post completion documentation

Key skills
- Excellent verbal and written English communication
- Ability to work in a customer-centric, deadline driven environment
- Ability to analyze and organize work for maximum efficiency

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
