Manufacturing Finance Operations

Project Financing towards sanction of long term loans

Management Reporting (MIS)

Financial Function of the Company Statutory audit

Preparation of Daily Cash Flow of the Company.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE ROLE**
- Assisst in Manage the overall working capital finance function of UCO Denim including maintaining and finalizing cash flow.
- Ensuring daily monthly, quarterly and annual reports are made as per Institutionalize financial risk assessment mechanisms and formulate financial risk policy
- Responsible for closely monitoring for forex treasury funciton and take necessary measures for achieving the budgeted rate
- and actively manage and control working capital to keep it within the specified limits
- Assisst in proper cash and fund management in the company
- Implement best practices of audit management and governance standard around audit & reporting.
- Ensure timely and accurate MIS & reporting of statutory, financial and management reports to the CEO, directors & investors
- Vendor management-On time payment, Periodical Reconciliation to avoid future contingencies

**Experience Required**
- Hands on experience in General Accounting, Finalisation of Balance Sheets, Direct and Indirect Tax, Capital Budgeting
- Worked in Implementation of Policies & Procedures
- Worked in Project Management, Financial reporting, Statutory compliances, Internal and External Audits.

**Salary**: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month

- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
