**Job Responsibilities and Duties**:
**Provide client support remotely on inbound calls related to computers, printers and related devices.**

**Endeavour to respond to all customer requests in a timely manner while improving customer experience.**

**Provide complete explanation about the problem and resolution to the customer, fixing cases remotely.**

**Ability to perform troubleshooting on issues related to computers, printer, smart devices remotely and over a call.**

**Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications**

**Experience: 6 months to 2 years**

**Skills:Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English.Critical thinking and problem solving - must be able to identify both simple and complex computer problems, analyse them, and solve them.Should possess good professional and telephonic etiquette's.Must be Punctual.**
