Biw (Rm 1991)

Essential:

- 15 to 20 years of core experience in Development of BIW, Exterior, Closure, Lighting and Vision parts and systems.
- Excellent Knowledge on Platform components and Body shop and Paint shop Process knowledge
- The Exterior/BIW commodity Project Leader would be responsible for the following tasks: To lead the overall development of Exterior components and BIW parts in close relationship with the subcontractor EXT manager and BIW manager. To report to the Chief Engineer:

- Weekly status about design and development progress and highlights
- check status of deliverables as regard to the SC RFQ contracted
- Organization and planning of the dossier for Decision meeting To ensure design to cost approach:

- Animating cost convergence issuing should cost and convergence plan accordingly

To facilitate subcontractor Commodity managers tasks by:

- Ensuring completeness of the deliverables at each phase of the project
- Making sure QCTP dossiers are thorough and care about STAL M program
- Responsible for providing cost reduction ideas and implementation.
- Guaranteeing decision are made up in coherence to industrial and cross functional roadmap and targets
- Helping to organize KPI and weekly reporting to Project direction. To ensure Geometry roadmap progress and coherent design to Gaps and flush quality requirements.
- Lead the Body FEW and Warranty issue towards closure.
- To organize and pilot the technical coordination with international partners and counterparts
- To lead critical issues resolving. To propose tuning of functioning, taking into account current development experience.
- Lead VO ideas into implementation and meet TPC and Golden rule target set by Management.
