We are looking for Landscape Architects to join our SpacioTechtonics team on a per-project basis.

Position Overview:
As a Landscape Architect at Spacio Techtonics, you will be responsible for creating all the necessary technical drawings for landscape projects. Your role will involve collaborating with our multidisciplinary team to design and develop outdoor spaces that integrate seamlessly with the built environment. This is a project-based position, where you will work on various projects throughout the year, ensuring that each project meets the highest standards of quality and creativity.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create comprehensive technical drawings and documentation for landscape projects, including site plans, grading plans, planting plans, construction details, and specifications.
- Collaborate with the design team to develop innovative and sustainable landscape designs that align with the client's vision and project requirements.
- Conduct site visits and assessments to gather necessary data and evaluate site conditions.
- Assist in the selection and specification of appropriate plant materials, hardscape elements, and other landscape features.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, codes, and standards in all landscape designs.
- Prepare accurate cost estimates and material take-offs for landscape projects.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, contractors, and consultants.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, materials, and technologies related to landscape architecture.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Landscape Architect, preferably with a focus on technical drawings for landscape projects.
- Proficiency in using CAD software, or similar programs, for creating technical drawings.
- Strong knowledge of landscape design principles, materials, construction techniques, and plant species.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented approach with a keen eye for aesthetics and functionality.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting project deadlines.
- Flexibility to attend occasional meetings at our office in Bangalore.
