**About the role**

We are looking for a performance-driven leader with excellence in managing complex business challenges and making decisions using experience-backed judgment, strong work ethics, and irreproachable integrity.

Experience in working with technology manufacturers of HVAC products, Durables a plus

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Developing and deploying comprehensive plan to improve the plant efficiency and utilization
- Cost management of fixed and variable spend to realize YOY plant productivity
- Strategic planning & execution of plant level transformation
- Driving excellence through process improvements initiatives/ kaizens (Lean deployment)
- Effective warehouse management (Raw material & Finished Goods) with an OTD >95%
- Focus on OEE > 95 % by deploying effective equipment management techniques (TPM)
- Cross functional workings to ensure seamless launch of new products from plant
- Drive plant level digital transformation with deployment of Industry 4.0
- Working to ensure the plant operations are sustainable with focus on reduction of carbon footprint
- Executing standard procedures to ensure a safe working environment at plant (LWIR/TRIR)
- Devising and implementing strategies to reduce product related customer escapes
- Focus on manufacturing process review and DIVE to improve FPY of plant
- Knowledge & management of regulatory requirements for plant operations (Labor & Factories act)
- Knowledge & management of regulatory requirements for products a plus (QCO/BEE)
- Deploy effective workflow on customer turnback management & conducting satisfaction surveys
- Stake holder management BU, Regional functional leaders & Peers (Cross functional)

**Experience & Educational Qualification**
- Qualifications: Degree/PG (Mechanical). Preferred B.Tech
- Experience-Minimum 8-10 Years with at least 4 years of relevant experience in white goods manufacturing
