Ecocoach

Location: This is a FULTIME position based at Tadoba National Park, Moharli (near Chandrapur) for our project called Zero-Waste Tadoba, in association with the Forest Department.

An EcoCoach person will be responsible for the overall Project Zero-Waste Tadoba, ensuring smooth waste collection of households and resorts, segregation, coordinating with recyclers for further processing and managing all the human resources on the field. An EcoCoach will have to communicate the project status and updates to the Project Manager and Leadership team on a day-to-day basis and also maintain communication with all other stakeholders and social media team.

Key Requirements:

- Graduate in any discipline
- Some experience in the Social Sector (Fulltime or Volunteering)
- Extremely passionate about Conservation
- Excellent communication skills: Marathi and English Preferably experience in public speaking or conducting trainings for large groups
- Experience in creating reports and documentation
- Well-versed with MS Office, especially Power Point and Excel
- Exposure to Social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube
Very Methodical and Organized
- Has a Laptop and Motorbike
- Local, from Moharli/Tadoba area or Chandrapur
- 100% field work and travel

Pay: 15,000 - 20,000 per month
