Anaxee is India's REACH Engine We help Brands/OEMs and Social organizations scale across India by providing Outreach, especially in the remote parts of India, on demand. We focus on Tier-2, 3 & 4 towns & villages, covering 11000 pin codes (60%) of India through a vast network of last-mile (tech-enabled) feet-on-street (FOS) network of 40,000 Digital Runners.

**Internship Location**:Indore | Full Time | Work from Office

**Stipend Range**:5K-10K

**Internship Duration**:03 Months

**Preferred Qualification**:Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Intellectual

**Responsibilities**:
Responsible for Operation Process Mapping and Bottleneck Identification.- Identify all the Processes in the organization and prioritize them in order to redesign Urgency.- Interact with all levels of management and be able to document existing processes, manage and analyze data, and recommend enhanced business processes.- Identifying Process flaws, looking for Improvement Opportunities, enhancing the quality of service and productivity, and Redesigning Processes (e.g. Lean Improvement, Brainstorming, etc.)- Lead the analyses of Anaxee’s operations, business processes, and organizational structures using business process reengineering and improvement methods and tools.- Support implementation activities using change management approaches and interact with staff and senior leadership to accomplish project objectives.- Work in a team environment and provide business process management expertise to staff engagements and project work streams.- Foster a process-based culture by performing the following organizational processes: communication, customer relationship management, performance management, performance measurement, knowledge management, people development- Use feedback systems to enhance business performance and organizational effectiveness and Partner with functional teams to share continuous improvement best practices.**Requirements**:

- A clear understanding of business process streamlining methodologies and knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, coaching, verbal, and written communication skills, as well as tact and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality.- Maintaining strong relationships at all levels of the organization.- Attention to detail and passion for delivering outstanding service.- Ability to make complex things simple to execute- Ability to coordinate delivery of work activities- Ability to identify concerns before they become problems, and to propose solutions to the concerns.- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Business Processes Mapping, and Benchmarking.**What we offer**
